Early Bird Rate: For those attendees who make their reservation prior to January 29, a significant discount is available. After this date, the standard reservation rate will go into effect. Order early and save!
Emerging Artists Rate: This is your chance to take advantage of great savings on a great event. For educational groups with guests under 35, a special discount is available. Call Sarah Peters at 502-585-1210 for rate information.

Due to numerous events and conventions concurrent with the 2010 Humana Festival, hotel space in Louisville is severely limited the weekend of March 25-28! You are strongly urged to make reservations as early as possible.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
NEW THIS YEAR – AIRPORT SHUTTLES
Courtesy transportation is available for New Play Getaway patrons from the airport to participating hotels during the times listed below. If your flight arrival time does not fall within this schedule, please arrange your own transportation. If your travel information is not received by Sarah Peters by March 1, please arrange your own transportation.
ARRIVAL (Weekends 3 and 4)
Transportation will be available during the following times:
Thursday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
DEPARTURE (Weekend 4 Only)
If your flight departs after 4:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 28, you may use Actors Theatre’s courtesy airport shuttle; however, space is limited and there will only be two shuttle departure times – 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
If you would like to take advantage of either of these airport shuttle services, please contact Sarah Peters at 502-585-1210 to make arrangements.
DOWNTOWN SHUTTLES
As in past years, Actors Theatre will have several vans available for shuttle between the theatre and select hotels in the downtown area. These vans will be available throughout the weekend (weekends 3 and 4 only) and will be clearly marked with the Actors Theatre logo. Information on schedules and availability will be available at the Info Table located in the lobby.
RESERVATION POLICIES
All New Play Getaway Package reservations must be paid at time of order. No substitutions or exchanges for Getaway Packages. Packages cannot be split into single tickets. Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations can be taken until 72 hours prior to the time of first play and a credit will be issued that may be applied to future Actors Theatre tickets until May 31, 2011.
